The company was founded in Ukraine in May 2022, and the first release of Uspacy took place in February 2023.

First of all, we don't plan to create our own sales department. But there must be someone to sell our product, right?
Yes, we can sell it, but clients often need a special approach, a presentation of possibilities, and time to make a decision. And this is exactly what each of us knows best.
Secondly, we do not implement Uspacy. Yes, we know our product very well, but implementing a b2b system is a bit different from creating it. It takes time, patience, sales skills and the ability to teach. Everyone has to do their own thing.
Third, a large community of partners has much more promotion opportunities than a single software product developer. Yes, our marketing is professional and systematic, but it works better when supported by the efforts of each partner.

Uspacy does not implement its products. Therefore, all requests are directed to our partners. We offer users advice on how to work with the product and provide technical support. But often clients want a personalized approach to help them know the product better, and in this situation our partners are ready to provide a ready-made or individual training program.

Uspacy is a product company focused on software development. We do not implement our product nor do we sell it directly to users. Similarly, our partners understand that by having a good technological platform, they can focus on creating additional value for their clients.

We do not take a share of our partners' earnings from implementing Uspacy. Instead, we offer a discount of up to 40% on our products.
All partners have equal terms of cooperation
We do not have privileged or "special" partners. All relations between Uspacy and the partner community are exclusively regulated by the partner program.

Partnership with us is much more than a supplier-buyer relationship. We provide training, support, build relations and develop. The term "partnership" has never meant so much!

In order to become our partner, you need to fill out a request form to join the partner program. It contains a list of fields that will help us learn about the company. The request will be considered within one or two working days. If the specified data meets the criteria for cooperation with us, you will receive a welcome letter about joining the Uspacy partner program.
If we have any questions, we will call you to specify some details. Even if we can't become partners yet, you'll be notified anyway.
In the future, we will launch a real partner portal, where you can find all the information about our cooperation. In the meantime, our communication and interaction will be simplified as much as possible to give your company the opportunity to take the first steps with us!

This includes everything that allows partners to use the power of marketing and the brand of Uspacy in a combination with their own local activities. Referrals from interested clients, joint activities to promote Uspacy, publishing success stories, and creating expert content for online resources of Uspacy - these are the things we can offer our partners right now. Joint events and many other things may be added to this list soon.

Sales
This is an important vendor-partner interaction process that describes exactly how sales occur and how we facilitate them.

Training and testing
Selling and implementing a technology product with quality is not possible without perfect knowledge of the product. With all the resources we have, we encourage our partners to increase their awareness and professionalism.
Our partners currently have access to the product Knowledge Base, and later we will transform it into an entire Academy that can train partners, users, and developers all the nuances of Uspacy.
Support

Currently, partners communicate with the Uspacy team in a closed Telegram chat. As the company and the partner program develop, it will be transformed into a whole portal where partners can find all the necessary information.
As the company and product grow and develop, the partner program will do so as well. New entities will appear, expected activities will be implemented, the knowledge base will grow, and all interaction processes will be automated. We will notify you of any changes in advance. But you can be assured of the unwavering partner principles we adhere to.

Partnership is not just empty words for us. We truly believe that companies can achieve more together than they can do it alone. Therefore, we expect our partners to:
- maintain a positive business image and reputation of the partner network and Uspacy;
- comply with the rules for using Uspacy brands, including trademarks and logos, as well as copyright law;
- fulfill their obligations to clients in good faith and honesty;
- compete with other partners based on the quality of service and added value, not on price and marketing gimmicks;
- sell Uspacy products at a price not lower than the price indicated on our website;
- publish only reliable and up-to-date information about the company and Uspacy products on their internet resources and share it in any other ways;
- comply with the legislation on personal data processing;
- be honest and not mislead clients or others by sharing false information about their partnership with Uspacy, do not place projects in their portfolio that were actually implemented by someone else.
Uspacy partners also promise not to share negative and/or false information about Uspacy, its partners, products, or employees in any way, including negative reviews, unjustified comparisons, statements, hints, and ambiguities that may mislead partners or prospective and existing clients or exaggerate their qualifications, experience, and level of service. Because these are not characteristics of what a true partner is :)

Unfortunately, even the warmest partnership has dark periods, and then Uspacy has the right to take various measures against the violator. They are:
- suspending the transfer of implementation requests, including personal ones;
- refusing to credit certain categories of partner points;
- excluding the partner's company from public lists on its website;
- blocking the ability to order with a partner discount;
- suspending or terminating the partnership.
In general, participation in the Uspacy partner program is concluded for an indefinite period, but each of us has the right to voluntarily withdraw from the partnership by notifying the other.
However, we may also unilaterally terminate the partnership without the partner's consent if the severity of the breach or the totality of the breaches does not correspond with our understanding of what the partnership is.
We hope we will never have to do this!

Partner network of Uspacy includes hundreds companies worldwide that sell and implement our products. All of them have the right to be listed as partners on our website. But how do we ensure that this list is fair and reflects the real value of partners for Uspacy users?
The list of partners is ranked by the number of points they receive from sales and marketing activities. The more points they get, the higher is their rank in the list. If some partners have not earned points yet, they are ranked in random order right after those who already have points.
It is easy to earn points for sales: one user of the Standard tariff earns one point per month, and the Professional tariff — 2 points. Annual sales of the same tariffs will earn 10 and 20 points.
At first glance, the numbers may seem small, but for example, just one Uspacy sale per year for 25 users will earn you 500 points at once. Not bad, right?
Marketing activities can also earn you points. For example, publishing a text-based success story will earn you additional 200 points, and a case study video — 500 points.
This list will be constantly changing and expanding.
All points have a lifespan of exactly one year from the date of accrual. The transfer of points takes place every day at midnight.
It should also be noted that the rank in the list does not affect the level of the partnership discount.
Moreover, each partner can add one or more areas of expertise to their description, they are the areas of professional activity in which they specialize. Someone may know how to implement a CRM, someone may be great at building business processes, and someone may be able to help a client with integration solutions.
The list of such areas of expertise will also be constantly changing and expanding, which will help clients choose a partner that is more suitable for their needs. This feature will be available as soon as we launch a full-fledged partner section on our website.
Each partner can use the Uspacy Space for their needs, provided they meet simple conditions. It cannot be sold or transferred to another company and it is available as long as our partnership exists.

Uspacy will promote the marketing activities of its partners as this will enhance our joint efforts to find new clients.
All requests for consultations, implementation, or training will be referred to partners. Initially, we will distribute them equally among those who are willing to process them. Over time, we will develop mechanisms for transferring them and controlling the quality of work. The more efficiently partners work with such requests, the more new leads they will receive.
Only those partners with whom Uspacy users want to work will receive personalized implementation requests.
Of course, this process will be subject to client consent and compliance with personal data laws
One of the most effective ways for finding new users is recommendations from satisfied clients. Therefore, we will pay special attention to collecting and publishing information about effective implementations and success stories. All you have to do is let us know about a client who is ready to tell their story, and we'll do everything ourselves! We'll interview them, create a great story, and publish it on our or even external online platforms. It will be even more interesting to make a video about the history of Uspacy implementation in a company of a well-known and significant client. This will have a great effect and will allow you to earn points for a higher place in the list of partners.
A good way to showcase your expertise is to prepare professional and industry-specific articles on our media resources. Prospective clients will learn about your skills there, and all implementation requests received from such publications will be sent directly to you.
We also hold online events (webinars and conferences) to expand the audience of prospective users. We are ready to involve partners in organizing these events.
Of course, we are ready to consider other joint activities that will allow us to expand our market presence and increase the awareness of Uspacy.

Usually, the main income for integrator partners comes from the implementation of products and services. However, selling software products can also be a part of your income, as selling Uspacy is profitable!
From the very beginning, any partner receives a 40% discount for purchasing Uspacy products for their clients. It is valid for the first six months, but after that period, you have to maintain sales worth 1,000 €, which is recalculated daily, to maintain the same level of discount. In other words, at any given time, your sales for the last 3 months should be at least 1,000 € (exactly the amount we received from you)
If you fail to maintain sales at this level, your discount is automatically reduced to 20%. This is unfortunate, but both we and you are interested in encouraging you to return to the maximum discount as soon as possible. This can happen at any time, as soon as the amount of sales for the last 3 months reaches the same 1,000 €.
The amount of your discount for Uspacy products does not depend on your ranking, the number of points, or the number of implementations — only on your activity in primary and repeat sales.
For some time after the launch of the partnership program, all partner sales will be made manually: you issue an invoice to the client, after payment you contact us for a discounted invoice, and after payment, we activate a tariff plan for a certain number of users for a certain Space. However, very soon, this process will be fully automated to make your interaction with us perfect!
